Jeff Sun is an accredited investor (Securities and Futures Act, Singapore) and an independent trader with a personal asset under management (AUM) of over $10 million US dollars. He is also an avid real estate entrepreneur and a Certified Financial Technician (CFTe), accredited by the International Federation of Technical Analyst. Furthermore, he successfully completed the Institute of Trading and Portfolio Management program (ITPM) under Anton Kreil with distinction in 2015. With years of trading experience, Jeff has developed his own trading strategies and a refined quant-based risk and money management model. His area of expertise is derivatives products of US equities and ETFs.

Jeff Sun has competed in the US Investing Championship in 2021 and 2022, a real money verified competition that features legendary traders such as Paul Tudor Jones, Dr. Edward O. Thorpe, Marty Schwartz, Frankie Joe, and Tom Basso. In 2021, he ranked 8th, and in 2022, he ranked 7th, with total returns of +171.37% on risk of R%oE 0.42%.

In July 2023, he received a direct closed-ended investment of approximately $18 million USD from a global macro strategic fund into his LLC, remaining as the portfolio manager with a minority stake.
